A playful introduction to the world of aerial arts designed especially for young movers. Using the aerial hammock, games, creative movement, and playful activities, students explore body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, and the excitement of moving upside down. Classes also encourage listening skills, following directions, confidence, and safe movement while giving young aerialists plenty of opportunities to explore, play, and discover movement in the air.
