The Advanced Aerial Arts Class at Nosara Performing Arts Academy is designed for experienced aerialists of mixed ages who demonstrate strong technical proficiency, physical readiness, and consistent training habits. This class focuses on advanced skills in Aerial Hammock, Aerial Silks, and Lyra (hoop), with an emphasis on complex sequencing, strength, fluidity, dynamic transitions, and aerial safety. Placement is by faculty approval only, ensuring a focused, disciplined training environment for students prepared for the physical and technical demands of advanced-level work.
