Barre
This class is done 30 minutes on the mat and 30 minutes at the ballet barre. Mat exercises are Exercises are Pilates based incorporating upper body, core muscles, glutes muscles, inner thighs hamstrings, and cardio. Next we move to the ballet barre! The barre work is a series of exercises based on ballet technique and Pialtes. Exercises incorporating: correct posture, proper alignment, feet and ankle strength, quadricep muscles, hamstrings, glutes muscles, core muscles and more! The entirety of the class is choreographed to fun done to fun upbeat music and is challenging on the muscles. All levels welcome. No experience required.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a wonderful way to balance out your body and mind. Swing, climb, stretch, hang upside down, adjust, relax and renew yourself in this amazing class. Class will move through various yoga poses in the hammock. NPAA has 15 beautiful hammocks. This is one of only a few adult aerial yoga classes in town!

Silks & Hoops
NEW! Silks and hoops are the best way to develop upper body and core strength as well as overcoming your fears. Climb, balance, stretch, and swing you way into a stronger more balanced body and mind! NPAA has 3 beautiful silks and 3 hoops. Class is designed as a circuit from the silks to the hoops. This is the only adult silks and hoops class in town!

Samba
Samba dance class is a fun energetic workout to the energetic pulsing sounds of Brazil. The class is a mix of fitness and Samba moves from both Rio and Bahia. Class is open to teens and all ages of adults male and female who are looking to get a great whole body workout or current dancers looking to expand their dance knowledge. Come prepared to shake it and sweat while having a great time!
